How long are the plans?

1, 2, or 3 weeks. The week is the unit because it matches grocery flyer cadence — most retailers refresh deals weekly, so plans align to that rhythm.

Does the protein filter actually work strictly?

Yes. If you only select Pork, we filter out any recipe that doesn't contain pork-related ingredients (pork, bacon, ham, sausage). Same rule for chicken, beef, fish, and turkey — each has its own ingredient keyword list to prevent accidental matches.

What is Meal Prep Mode?

Cook once, eat for multiple days. Pick how many days to repeat each recipe (2-4 days), and the AI calculates the minimum unique recipes needed and scales portions automatically. Great for batch cookers.

Can I edit the AI's plan?

Yes — every cell is editable. Swap meals, adjust portions in 0.5 increments, change meal types inline, or hit the search icon to manually browse for a replacement.

How does the macro targeting work?

Set per-macro daily targets (protein, carbs, fat, calories). The AI tries to land plans within ±10% of each target per day. Hit Adjust Servings on any recipe to nudge the daily total without regenerating the whole plan.
